Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (5 days per week)
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operating room operations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow for surgical services
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations for perioperative staff
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Step in as needed to support the OR team clinically

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
  , licensed in Georgia (or compact state eligibility)
• Strong perioperative/OR background required
• Orthopedic or spine surgery experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred (charge RN, assistant manager, supervisor, or manager)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
