We are expanding our field nursing team and seeking dedicated LVNs to support our growing patient population in the southwest corridor of DFW.
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting under RN supervision
- Complete assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education
- Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
- Document accurately and timely per agency and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support continuity of care and uphold Elim’s mission of compassionate service
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Home health experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
