For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation.Develop and maintain project plans; drive milestones to completion.Establish and maintain effective communication plans with project teams and stakeholders.Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to project resources.Ensure proper change management throughout the project.Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets.Create executive presentations and summaries.Maintain accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.Experience Requirements:5–10 years of project management experience.Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.Strong skills in:Oral and written communicationInterpersonal and negotiationProject planning and judgmentLeadership and decision-makingAnalysis and problem-solvingSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
