Program Coordinator
Must be local to the Charlotte area and work a Hybrid schedule
Location: Charlotte, NC, 3 days a week, onsite
Duration: 8 -month Contract
Rate: $45- $50 hourly W2
The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the successful completion of assigned programs each year. This role involves facilitating bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful program closeout. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the monthly status of costs and schedules for assigned programs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define annual work plans, confirm funding, and validate estimates.
- Confirm scopes of work and follow documented processes for program initiation.
- Monitor program performance, provide periodic progress and variance reports, and take corrective actions when progress is off target. Escalate issues as appropriate.
- Utilize reports to monitor progress and report status to program sponsors, Project Management, C&M, and leadership.
- Coordinate with execution teams to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate performance and status reporting.
- Monitor the progress of key tasks and requirements, escalating risks and issues as needed to adhere to the established work plan.
- Work with Work Management and C&M to integrate unplanned emergent work, ensuring timely completion to meet requested in-service dates.
- Collaborate with Project Management on shared programs and forecast results (budget and schedule) based on observed trends.
- Monitor work order completion to ensure timely and accurate As Built CUE completion.
- Ensure all systems are properly closed as assets are placed in service and all ARC failures are resolved.
- Perform ongoing reviews of processes and reporting, recommending efficiency opportunities and improvements.
- Provide feedback to Project Management on any estimate variances.
- Participate in weekly Correctives calls and planning meetings.
- Participate in biweekly meetings with Project Management and coordinate biweekly Routine Capital calls, including emergent and SRP non-engineered work.
- Coordinate annual work plan development meetings with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management, with a focus on emergent programs.
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Local to the Charlotte area and can work hybrid schedule.
- Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on program performance, costs, and schedules.
- Ability to identify and escalate risks and issues effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
