Description:Join our Digital Assets Engineering team to design, develop, and secure smart contracts powering tokenization, custody, and settlement solutions. You will work on cutting-edge blockchain integrations within a regulated financial environment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate: $90 - $99 / hr. w2 Responsibilities:• Design and implement secure, efficient smart contracts for tokenization and digital asset workflows• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to integrate contracts with EVM-compatible chains and enterprise systems• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with internal security standards• Implement automated testing frameworks for smart contract deployments• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and engage in external security vendor audit of our smart contracts• Optimize performance and scalability for high-volume transaction environmentsExperience Requirements:• 3 years of development experience in blockchain and smart contracts• Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development• Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, and EVM-based platforms• Strong understanding of tokenization standards (e.g., EIP-7702, EIP-712, ERC-1451)• Knowledge of cryptographic principles, MPC, and secure key managementPreferred Experience• Financial services or regulated environments• Integration with custody and settlement systems• Agile development and DevSecOps practices• Java• Spring BootEducation Requirements:Preferred Certifications• C4 Ethereum Developer• Cyfrin Smart ContractSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
