Rate: $30 - $35 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and visual direction for campaigns and creative projects.
- Communicate ideas clearly to cross-functional partners and guide junior creatives.
- Translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
- Oversee creative assets across digital, social, and multimedia platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Experience Requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to concept, design, and deliver polished creative assets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and conceptual work.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree and required work experience is required for this position.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
