Commercial Project Manager (Commercial) – Columbus, OH

We are growing our Commercial team in Columbus and are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution
- Partner closely with Superintendents, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Drive project communication and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project forecasting
- Monitor project financials including cost controls, change orders, and billing
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Mentor and support Project Engineers and field teams
- Participate in preconstruction planning, buyout, and risk management efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, corporate interiors, industrial, retail, or mixed commercial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across teams
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and construction operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
