About the Role:
The Senior Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires strategic leadership to coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Superintendent is responsible for developing detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior superintendent or equivalent role.
- Proven track record managing large commercial or infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Preferred Qualifications:
