About Us
Elevation Construction is a growing general contractor based in the Lexington, KY area. We handle residential remodels, room additions, new home builds, framing, decks, siding, and bathroom and kitchen renovations. We take pride in quality work and treating our clients right, and we're looking for reliable people to grow with us. Job sites are across Lexington, Nicholasville and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do
- Work on framing, demolition, drywall, trim, siding, decks, flooring and other general construction tasks
- Load, unload and move materials and tools on job sites
- Keep job sites clean, organized and safe
- Follow directions from the crew lead and project manager
- Help with site prep, cleanup and punch-list items
- Learn new skills across multiple trades
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of construction experience preferred (we'll train the right person with a strong work ethic)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge
- Shows up on time, every day
- Takes direction well and works well with a team
Bonus Points
- Experience in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, tile, siding, roofing or concrete
- Your own basic hand tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Russian/Ukrainian)

Schedule
Monday to Friday, around 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
