Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a background in hospitality or behavioral Helath. This role requires excellent time management and organizational abilities to ensure that the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
Schedule: 4pm-12 midnight
Duties
- Supervise household staff, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the home, including regular cleaning and laundering of linens and clothing.
- Plan and prepare meals, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Manage household schedules, coordinating appointments, events, and activities.
- Provide childcare as needed, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Handle inventory management for household supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with family members regarding needs and preferences.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with family members and guests.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Experience in cooking and meal preparation is highly desirable.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic household setting.
