Job Description Summary:
Elevated Property Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to support our property management, maintenance, and operations teams across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties throughout Kitsap County.
This position assists with a wide variety of general labor, maintenance support, property upkeep, unit turns, landscaping, cleanup, moving materials, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and willing to jump into different projects as needed.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist maintenance technicians and supervisors with property repairs and projects
- Perform general labor including demolition, cleanup, hauling, moving materials, and site preparation
- Support apartment and commercial suite turnovers
- Complete trash removal, pressure washing, sweeping, and common area upkeep
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, maintenance shops, and vehicles
- Support vendor access and project coordination as directed
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Respond to maintenance and operational needs across multiple properties
- Assist with snow/ice response and emergency property needs when required
Qualifications:
- Prior labor, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or property management experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
