Treasury Cash Accountant - Overview
As Elevate's Accounting function continues to grow, we're looking for a Treasury Cash Accountant responsible for managing daily cash activity, ensuring accurate and timely posting of cash transactions in NetSuite, and performing monthly bank reconciliations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate cash balances and supporting overall liquidity visibility across the organization:

Treasury Cash Accountant - Overview
As Elevate's Accounting function continues to grow, we're looking for a Treasury Cash Accountant responsible for managing daily cash activity, ensuring accurate and timely posting of cash transactions in NetSuite, and performing monthly bank reconciliations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate cash balances and supporting overall liquidity visibility across the organization:
Responsibilities
- Record daily and weekly cash transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor bank accounts daily to ensure proper posting of incoming and outgoing cash activity
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations across all operating accounts
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining cash management schedules and reporting cash positions
- Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate cash forecasting inputs
- Transfer cash within bank accounts.
- Support audit requests related to cash and bank activity

- Education and/or Experience
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in cash or treasury accounting
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency with NetSuite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations)
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Work independently
