Elevate (YC S24) is hiring high-autonomy, analytical AI Deployment Leads to own end-to-end customer deployments for the next generation of AI-powered acquisitions.
We’re creating the operating layer for private equity-backed roll-ups and holding companies, turning fragmented data and processes into autonomous, decision-driving systems. As an AI Deployment Lead, you’ll work directly with customers to translate real-world complexity into scalable, agentic software, owning deployments end-to-end while shaping the core platform itself.

We’re serving more than 10 mid-market and large-cap customers just one year post-founding, ranging from traditional blue-collar services roll-ups (HVAC, pest control, fire & life safety) to AI-native platforms in white-collar verticals. The Role
AI Deployment Leads are at the core of Elevate’s model. You’ll own the full lifecycle of customer deployments, scoping ambiguous problems, structuring solutions, building and delivering production systems, and ensuring they drive real business outcomes.
You’ll sit at the intersection of customer and product engineering, acting as the primary interface with operators while collaborating closely with our internal team to extend the platform. You’ll report directly to the C-suite and have visibility into every part of the business.
This role is designed for strong analytical leaders from consulting, finance, or internal ops who want to build. You’ll take ambiguous, real-world business problems and turn them into structured, executable AI systems. What matters most is ownership, intensity, and the ability to move from problem to production quickly. What You’ll Do
- Own customer deployments end-to-end — scoping, business logic translation, data ingestion, pipeline delivery, and ongoing optimization — working directly with mid-market to large-cap operators
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, working directly with operators, finance teams, and executives to drive timelines, unblock work, and ensure deployments are delivered quickly and effectively
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured data models, workflows, and agentic systems
- Build and extend our agentic AI platform, improving Elevate’s core platform based on real customer needs in direct collaboration with our engineering team
- Support go-to-market by joining sales calls and identifying customer expansion opportunities
- 2 years experience in consulting or finance, with a desire to grow your technical chops
- Highly analytical, with experience working with messy data (SQL, Excel, or similar tools)
- Strong communication with business intuition - you’re comfortable working with executives and operators
- Scrappy, autonomous, and action-oriented
- Hungry to build
- Have hands-on experience building with AI tools and LLM APIs, even for personal use
- SQL and Python proficiency or a strong desire to get there quickly
- Experience with data pipelines, system integrations, or internal tooling
- Exposure to private equity, roll-ups, or M&A
