What You’ll Do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to engage prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding prospect needs and challenges.
- Adapt messaging quickly across different industries and buyer personas.
- Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward value.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 1 year of SDR experience in a high-volume cold-calling environment
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
✔ Confidence handling objections and navigating challenging conversations
✔ High energy, resilience, and a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to adapt messaging across different industries and buyer personas
✔ Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
Compensation & Career Growth:
💰 Base Salary: $60,000 per year
💰 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000
