Key Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee repairs to building systems, equipment, and grounds
- Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems
- Manage preventative maintenance schedule
- Respond promptly to service requests
- Oversee vendor work and inspections
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations
Participate in MOD rotation and supervise maintenance staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years maintenance experience in a similar setting
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment repair
- Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures
Valid driver’s license
