Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing department, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices
- Conduct resident assessments and coordinate care plans in partnership with physicians, families, and other staff
- Monitor resident health and safety, addressing concerns promptly and effectively
- Oversee medication management, infection control, and quality assurance programs
Mentor and develop nursing team members to maintain a high standard of care
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) with experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative teams
- Thorough understanding of state healthcare regulations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Passion for providing resident-centered care
