Work along with excellent customer service skills. Must be dependable and have transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
- Operate tools such power and hand tools
- Oversee facilities maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities or property maintenance within manufacturing environments
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively
- Skilled in painting and general repair work
- Strong supervisory or leadership experience in managing maintenance teams or projects
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer service interaction

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
