Landscape Laborer (Maintenance Drainage Support)
We are hiring a dependable, hard-working laborer to join our team. This position works primarily on our landscape maintenance crew, with opportunities to assist on drainage and construction projects as needed.
This is a hands-on role for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in their work.
Primary Responsibilities (Most Days)
- Mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing
- Hedge trimming and shrub pruning
- Maintaining residential and commercial properties
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)
- Assisting with drainage installs (French drains, catch basins, pipe work)
- Digging, grading, and moving materials
- Supporting construction and site work

Schedule
- Monday – Thursday (4-day work week)
- 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- Friday work if rain delays occur
- Overtime available
Pay & Benefits
- $16.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Requirements
- Landscaping or labor experience preferred
- Experience with basic equipment (weed eater, blower, etc.)
- Driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to commute to Clearwater, FL
