Position Summary
The Intensive Residential Support Home (IRSH) provides intensive community-based services for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID), mental health needs, and complex behavioral health supports. Our program works to enhance the quality of life for individuals with ID, mental health needs, and complex behavioral health supports by utilizing positive behavioral supports, multi-model clinical assessments, and other therapeutic tools.
**This position requires regular travel throughout the service area (mileage reimbursed) and on-call responsibilities**
Job Description
- Oversight of the home and staff
- Scheduling for staff
- Fill open shifts when illness, PTO, and open positions occur by flexing office hours
- Scheduling for clients (daily, appointments, etc.)
- On-Call Rotation
- Ensuring staff are following standards of care, documentation
- Appointment arrangements for clients
- Take clients to appointments
- Complete daily billing chart
- Meet with Assistant Director to review new intakes
- Monthly Leadership
- Train new staff and ensure things are ready for the first day
- Daily triage
- Client-focused meetings (planning meetings, team meetings, etc.)
- Treatment plans for clients
- QA as needed
- Ensure notes are completed for each shift and meet expectations for billing
- Point of Contact for Leadership & Person Served Systems
- Monthly Leadership Meeting
- Weekly IRSH Supervision
- Monthly Supervision with Supervisor
- Point Person for Clinical Director
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- A Registered Nurse or bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or another human service field with 4 years’ experience working with people who have ID and mental health and/or challenging behavior needs and supervisory experience is acceptable.
