This is a W2 position working across retail locations and event venues, supporting marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and fundraising initiatives for nonprofit and community-based organizations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build real-world experience in marketing, sales, fundraising, and public outreach while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Candidates must be available to work retail hours (including weekends) and have reliable transportation for local travel between event sites.
Compensation: Average weekly earnings range from $750 – $1,050 per week (base pay performance-based incentives). Full details provided during the interview process.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):
- Represent marketing campaigns at retail stores, pop-up events, and community fundraising venues
- Engage directly with customers to promote nonprofit campaigns, fundraising efforts, and brand initiatives
- Deliver face-to-face presentations and assist with donor enrollment and sign-ups
- Support customer acquisition, outreach, and brand awareness efforts
- Learn and apply sales strategies, communication skills, and campaign messaging
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals and KPIs
- Travel locally to various retail and event locations throughout Phoenix
- Work on your feet in a high-energy, customer-facing environment
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing and promotional campaigns
- Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, sales, and leadership development
