Our client, a rapidly growing technology and telecommunications marketing firm in Huntington Park, Ca, is actively hiring for a full-time Entry Level Representative to support retail customer acquisition and brand expansion efforts.
This is a W-2, full-time position working in retail locations and event-based environments, representing leading telecommunications services. Candidates must be available to work retail hours, including at least one weekend day.

Compensation & Schedule
- W-2 employment (not contract or commission-only)
- Weekly base pay uncapped commission
- Average weekly earnings: $850 – $900
- Paid training provided
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Retail hours, including evenings and weekends (no late nights beyond store hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers inside retail locations to promote telecommunications and wireless solutions
- Educate customers on available products, including mobile plans, internet services, and device upgrades
- Generate new customer accounts and complete enrollments through a face-to-face sales process
- Guide customers through the full onboarding process, including account setup and product selection
- Maintain accurate records using POS systems and internal software
- Assist with merchandising, branding, and maintaining a professional retail presence
- Attend daily team meetings focused on performance, product knowledge, and sales strategy
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet and exceed weekly goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently approach and assist customers
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic proficiency with technology, POS systems, and mobile devices
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation for local travel between retail locations if needed
- Must be available to work weekends
