We’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and collaborative Event Assistant to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.
Role Overview
The Event Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events of all sizes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and values teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning tasks including vendor coordination, scheduling, and logistics
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
- Prepare event materials
- Communicate with clients, guests, and vendors professionally and promptly
- Manage registration tables and help guide attendees as needed
- Track event inventory and supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the events team
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
- Comfortable working in fast-paced settings and adapting to changes
- Proficiency with basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Prior event experience is a plus, but not required
