Note: Department It be a kind of labor intense, moving totes, Ups pallets and replenish on our ice trays. Trays weight around 25 lbs. per tray, helping with the day to day distribution tasks, picking and packing – order processing.

- Ability to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory
- Ability to operate in a production-driven environment with high accuracy

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in refrigerated, hot, and cold environments for entire work shifts as needed
- Ability to use a box cutter to open boxes of product
- Ability to handle stressful situations as they arise
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Experience using radio-frequency (RF) devices for picking stock
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations
- Perform receiving, picking customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory organization, management, and control.
- Perform stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment in refrigerated environments as needed.
- Verify merchandise received against shipment records and report discrepancies or defects.
- Stock shelves and ensure materials are stored in designated areas.
- Use radio-frequency (RF) devices to aid in picking stock as needed.
- Assemble customer orders by pulling items from shelves and placing them in totes for packing and shipping.
- Identify quantities and customer specifications for orders.
- Enter orders, returns, and related data into the computer system.
- Inspect returned items and restock merchandise appropriately.
- Complete daily inventory counts and research discrepancies accurately.
- Assist with inventory procedures as requested.
- Maintain a clean work area to ensure product cleanliness and prevent work-related injuries.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
