Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role supports customer inquiries, order processing, issue resolution, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high call volumes, managing multiple computer systems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and manage cases through Salesforce
- Enter and manage orders accurately in internal systems
- Provide information related to inventory, pricing, shipping, and technical inquiries
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, New Accounts, Complaints, Warehouse, and other teams
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues independently
- Maintain customer profiles and update account information
- Support complaint resolution and customer accommodations
- Follow up on account setup changes and customer requests
- Ensure timely communication and customer follow-up
- Participate in product and technical training sessions
- Maintain positive customer relationships and support company service standards
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service or commercial experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Web applications
- Typing speed of 50 WPM average
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high workload
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Reliable attendance and adaptability
