Job Summary – Staffing: Technical Writer II
Location: Tolleson, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 6 months (potential direct hire)

Role Impact & Expectations:
Join us as a Technical Writer II to directly support critical SAP implementation and operational excellence in manufacturing. Your documentation will drive consistency, clarity, and compliance across supply chain, warehouse, and quality processes. This role is essential to enable business teams to focus on operations and UAT, ensuring seamless transition and adoption of new and updated business processes.
Emphasis on Skills:
Candidates must demonstrate technical writing expertise in operational environments, strong process documentation experience, and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts. Familiarity with SAP-enabled processes and document management systems is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process guides for SAP-enabled and operational business processes.
- Collaborate with Value Stream Leads and SMEs to capture, clarify, and document process flows, roles, and controls.
- Support the transition and revision of Quality Management System (QMS) documents from legacy to new platforms (JA to AMPS in ETQ).
- Participate in walkthroughs, workshops, and sessions to gather accurate documentation requirements.
- Review, revise, and maintain documentation for consistency, organization, and version control.
- Prepare documentation to support UAT, training, go-live, and operational sustainment activities.
- Transfer and revise QMS documents within ETQ Document Management System.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and readiness standards.
