Key Responsibilities:
- 3 years of technical documentation experience, including drafting, editing, and validating content for accuracy and clarity.
- Familiar with user guide creation and technical manuals, particularly in environments requiring clear instructions for varied audiences (e.g., Member, Provider, and Client Portals).
- Skilled in validating technical documents, conducting comparisons across sections, and performing detailed updates to ensure alignment with evolving specifications.
- Experienced in capturing and integrating screenshots and visual aids to enhance documentation clarity.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and PDF tools for editing and formatting documentation.
- Proven ability to work in agile environments, pivoting quickly based on project or stakeholder needs.
- Excellent English language skills, with strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and professional tone tailored to various audiences.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to working in ambiguous situations, conducting independent research, and locating accurate information.
- Collaborative and personable, able to engage with cross-functional teams while maintaining a self-motivated and focused work ethic.
- Industry experience in dental or health insurance is a plus (if applicable).
- Writing samples available upon request (prepare 1–2 user guides or technical documents if not already available).
