Job Title: Scheduler II – Breast CenterPay: $38.41/hr. (without the benefit)Location: Laguna Hills, CA 92653Duration: 2 months.Job Summary:The Scheduler II supports daily operations in the Breast Center by coordinating patient schedules, maintaining medical records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, technologists, and radiologists. This role provides high-quality customer service, handles phone inquiries, and performs accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Schedule patient appointments and manage daily workflow.Maintain and update patient medical records and upload documents into PACS.Provide appointment details and exam information to patients and families.Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries.Ensure compliance with policies and provide excellent customer service.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:2 years patient scheduling experience (preferred).Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office.High school diploma preferred.Company DescriptionElevaIT is a certified and values driven Service-Disabled Veteran owned global staffing and IT professional services firm serving Fortune 1000 clients with customized and scalable workforce solutions.
