What You ll Do

• Develop, enhance, test, and support PeopleSoft interfaces and application logic for inbound and outbound EDI transactions
• Define PeopleSoft data requirements and interface specifications for X12 and EDIFACT transactions
• Coordinate EDI mapping and development with the company s external EDI services team
• Support onboarding of customers, suppliers, and logistics partners worldwide
• Monitor transaction processing and troubleshoot PeopleSoft data and interface errors
• Support end-to-end integration testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments
• Write technical documentation and contribute to process improvements
• Partner with business and IT teams on order-to-cash and supply chain integrations
• Travel occasionally to company sites in NC and NY (about 10%)

What We Need From You

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of hands-on Oracle PeopleSoft development, including inbound and outbound interfaces
• SQL skills for developing and troubleshooting application logic and interfaces
• Working knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and protocols such as SFTP, FTP, AS2, and HTTPS
• Ability to work hybrid in Tewksbury, MA, with up to 10% travel

Preferred / Bonus

• IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or Sterling File Gateway
• Experience coordinating with an outside EDI services provider
• SAP S/4HANA or other ERP exposure
• MuleSoft or other middleware experience
• Order-to-cash or supply chain integration experience
