- Production line or warehouse environment experience
- Physical stamina for full-shift standing, lifting, and hands-on work
- Attention to detail for quality checks and material handling
- Stack and move product throughout the production floor
- Perform quality checks to make sure product meets standards
- Set up materials and keep your workstation clean and organized
- Operate manufacturing equipment and power hand tools
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
- Work with your team to keep production running smoothly
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet the entire shift
- Comfortable reading a tape measure and doing basic math
- Willing to follow direction, learn fast, and take initiative
- Steel toe shoes required
- Must pass an interview prior to starting; security clearance required
- Any manufacturing, warehouse, or production background
- Military or technical school training
- Experience operating machinery or power tools
- This is a 3rd shift position — you must be available 9:45 PM to 6:00 AM
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
- Full training is provided — no manufacturing experience required to apply
