General Laborer

**Job Title:** General Laborer

**Location:** Milpitas, CA

**Pay Rate:** $21.00/hour

**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Contract: 3 months

### Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Milpitas, CA. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions, perform physical labor, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support daily production operations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Inspect and sort corrugated boxes to ensure quality standards are met.

* Assist the Prepress Department with purging confidential files.

* Perform facility housekeeping duties, including sweeping, painting, and general cleanup.

* Load materials and waste bins onto semi-trucks.

* Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

* Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

* Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while multitasking as needed.

### Requirements

* Must be able to speak and understand English.

* Must be available to work the scheduled shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

* Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
