Schedule

• Rotating overnight shift: 9:00 PM 5:00 AM
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• 30 hours per week

• Hands-on MES troubleshooting in a live production environment (transaction failures, equipment connections, label printing, user access)
• Night shift manufacturing floor support able to work independently and make judgment calls without escalation available 24/7
• Cross-functional communication between Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT during off-hours

What You'll Do

• Respond to MES issues that hit the production floor during overnight hours and get things back up and running
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, equipment connection problems, label printing errors, and user access issues
• Support operators and production teams with system questions in real time
• Monitor MES activity across the shift and flag anything that could impact production
• Escalate complex issues to the right teams and track them through to resolution
• Document everything incidents, actions taken, handoff notes for the next shift
• Support line startups and changeovers as needed

What We Need From You

• 3 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or shop floor environment with exposure to MES or similar systems
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently during off-shift hours
• Solid communication skills you'll be the bridge between the floor and multiple technical teams
• Able to work onsite on a rotating overnight schedule consistently

Bonus If You Have

• Familiarity with Rockwell FPTC, Camstar, or Siemens Opcenter
• Basic SQL or database knowledge
• Experience supporting PLCs or manufacturing equipment at the system level
