- Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and route them professionally
- Monitor the lobby and flag extended wait times to the appropriate staff
- Assist new patients with intake forms and ensure pre-arrival processes are complete
- Keep patient areas safe, organized, and hazard-free
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing materials
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced front office environment
- Comfort with computer scheduling systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Customer service experience in any field — medical office experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; current BLS certification required
- Prior medical office or healthcare front desk experience
- Medical Terminology certificate
- Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Onsite role in Irvine, CA
- BLS certification must be current at time of placement
