The Licensing Associate is the primary owner for transactions related to handling the registration completion for units based on states. The role is dedicated to assisting all drivers with maintaining legality of plates on an ongoing basis while vehicle is being registered. What You’ll Do Facilitate registration transactions for processing Follow processing procedures appropriate for transaction type Maintain accurate records of electronic registrations Manage incoming project requests timely and accurately Process daily Service Cloud cases to ensure they meet the SLAs Identify and resolve errors prior to submission of work Resolve issues that arise through Service Cloud Assist internal departments in troubleshooting Establish and manage relationships with independent agencies to facilitate registration transaction processes Communicate with clients, vendors, department of motor vehicles, to assist in researching the location of titles via phone and email Basic Qualifications High school diploma/equivalent required 2 years’ professional experience in office environment 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service professional role MS Office proficient Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to come to the office and perform work, on regularly scheduled days/hours Preferred Qualifications Education: College/University degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred will take equivalent work experience Automotive industry experience highly desired Excel – ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data Word – ability to create documents Excellent customer service skills Location Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026 The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 to $71,200 CAD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
