Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and forms
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of ITIL framework
