Element Fargo is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Front Desk Associates play a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that takes pride in hospitality, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest questions and requests
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available
- Some days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
