Housekeeping Room Attendant – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Element Fargo is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. We currently have both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, showers, and other guest room surfaces
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors as needed
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock guest room supplies and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and housekeeping equipment
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel policies
- Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or unusual conditions to management
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests
- Assist with additional housekeeping or hotel duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable and able to complete assigned rooms and tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
