Job Summary
ELEGRP North America Inc. is seeking a strong Key Account Manager based in Atlanta,
GA, to oversee our key OEM/ODM partners. We are a leading innovator in portable
protective device solutions (GFCI, ALCI, LCDI) and electrical wiring devices. This role is
critical to driving growth and expanding ELEGRP North America’s presence in the
marketplace.
We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager who has experience managing
strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of executing key account plans and
aligning company product and technology roadmaps with customer needs. The ideal
candidate will have experience working in the electrical wiring device industry and a
skillset to build trust with key customers while managing expectations and ensuring
customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will report to the Sales Director and
will primarily focus on the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to

Responsibilities
Manage and develop long-term strategic relationships with top-tier B2B partners
in manufacturing industries, focusing on customers using portable protective
devices, wiring devices, and OEM/ODM programs.
Create and implement account-specific strategies to increase sales and market
share.
Monitor and analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement and
provide regular reporting to leadership.
Create forecasts and revenue targets and execute sales plans that align with company
goals.
Effectively collect and manage accurate key account demand planning with their
merchants, engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure
seamless execution of programs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Track active issues and ensure timely resolution.
Position the company as a strategic partner—not just a supplier—with ELEGRP’s
existing protective device offerings and capabilities of conducting internal R&D to
convert customer design requirements, product customization, and new product
development into solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements.
Input and maintain customer records, customer interactions, and sales data in
CRM software system.
Represent ELEGRP North America at trade shows, events, and key meetings.
Participate in email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Become an expert on company product offerings with a solid understanding of
technical product features.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
5 years in key account management, enterprise sales, or customer success.
Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at the same time.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills to close complex B2B deals
Ability to generate accurate reports, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
Ability to problem-solve issues logically and methodically.
Understands margins and pricing in relation to how a discount may impact gross
margin and lifetime value.
Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with sales team members, customers, and
other stakeholders for building strong relationships and customer satisfaction and
articulating value propositions clearly.
Highly organized and strict attention to detail.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
Requirements
Driver's License
Hybrid working environment.
Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and events (up to 50%).
Sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer
No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 20 lbs of force occasionally may be
required.
