REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

10 15 years of experience managing large-scale federal IT programs or enterprise systems.

Proven experience in performance-based contracts, QASP management, and federal acquisition environments.

Expertise in Agile methodologies, PMBOK practices, ITIL frameworks, and DevSecOps integration.

Strong understanding of cloud-based systems (AWS), cybersecurity requirements, and compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST).

Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams and multi-functional technical environments.

Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
