Job Title: Business Intelligence – Subject Matter Expertise (Financial)
Minimum Skillsets Required:
8 years SAM II Financial Experience. Must provide specific work details.
8 years Financial Services Process & Procedure Experience. Must provide specific work details.
8 years state's Project Costing Experience.
8 years Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Experience in working knowledge.
8 years Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) knowledge, can include contractor, partner, or state's resource perspective. Must provide specific work details.
8 years of key transportation industry – federal financial reporting and reimbursement process - knowledge.
Objectives:
Create and maintain analysis documentation for client's financial processes and procedures in alignment with deliverables.
Prepare and respond to task assignments.
Effective communication of core financial information teams to ensure seamless transition.
Assist Financial Services partners with functionality needs.
Provide user training materials and presentations; both on-site and virtual presence (hybrid) will be required.
Answer operational questions from staff.
Provide skills and knowledge transfer to employees.
Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external partners.
