- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10 15 years of experience managing large-scale federal IT programs or enterprise systems.
- Proven experience in performance-based contracts, QASP management, and federal acquisition environments.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, PMBOK practices, ITIL frameworks, and DevSecOps integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based systems (AWS), cybersecurity requirements, and compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST).
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams and multi-functional technical environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
