Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative/Personal Assistant to support manage daily office operations. This role requires a versatile individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, project coordination, and personal assistance, ensuring smooth workflow and effective scheduling. This role is located in Sunrise, FL.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a personable approach.
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Word/Excel
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping duties.
- Manage office supplies inventory, organize files, and oversee front desk responsibilities to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide personal assistance as needed, including but not limited to appointment reminders and personal errands.
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Bilingual ( English and Spanish preferred)
- Car required for errands
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills
- Clerical experience, including filing systems/front desk duties
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles; personal assistant experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
