Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative/Personal Assistant to support and manage daily office operations. This role requires a personable individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and personal assistance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate for company meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping duties.
- Manage office supplies inventory, organize files, and oversee front desk responsibilities to ensure efficient office operations.
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Word/Excel
- Provide personal assistance as needed, including but not limited to appointment reminders and personal errands.
- Greet clients and visitors with a personable approach.
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Bilingual ( English and Spanish preferred)
- Car required for errands
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles; personal assistant experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
- Clerical experience, including filing systems/front desk duties
