Unpaid Internship Position Available:
At Electro, we're building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and pro athletes across the country.
Unpaid internship role. We're looking for someone to help expand our partnerships across athletes, creators, and affiliates. You'll be running daily outreach, qualifying talent, and making sure every new partner has a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
✦ Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.
✦ Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving.
✦ Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
✦ Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.
✦ Build outreach lists of TikTok creators in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness niches.
✦ Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
✦ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.

✦ Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
✦ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
✦ Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required).
✦ Strong written English and communication skills.
