About Us
Electro Gum is a functional chewing gum designed for athletes, packed with electrolytes to fuel performance, focus, and recovery. We have grown to more than 1,800 college athlete ambassadors and 20 NFL, NBA, and MLB players, and we recently sold out our entire pre-order campaign. We are looking for an unpaid Social Media and NIL Outreach Intern to join our team. You will help manage athlete communications, enhance our ambassador community, and support our CRM operations. You will be a key part of ensuring every athlete has a professional and seamless experience with Electro.
Responsibilities
• Respond to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Maintain strong relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Answer FAQs and resolve athlete questions using our internal playbooks
• Escalate unique requests and issues to the founding team when needed
• Log and track athlete interactions through our CRM systems (Notion and Social Snowball)
• Represent the Electro brand voice with energy, positivity, and care
• Assist with NIL outreach and athlete identification across college sports
Qualifications
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable managing high-volume Instagram communication
• Ability to follow structured processes without errors
• Familiarity with CRM tools or quick learning ability
• Passion for sports, athlete culture, or NIL (preferred but not required)
