ENC Internship Program (2026)

The ENC Internship Program is a 10-week program focused on skills development in a variety of opportunities throughout ENC, while maximizing opportunities for learning and professional experience. Internships are available for 3 months (10 weeks) on a full-time or part-time basis. Hours and work schedules will be determined based on your availability and the department’s needs. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with staff at all levels on projects to aid in their career development and gain insight into a career in commercial transit manufacturing. Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship and networking.

You may be invited to complete a phone or onsite interview. Selected interns will receive an offer to begin at the start of program launch May 26, 2026.

 

Duration: May-July 2026

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Pay: $20-23/hr.

While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time.

The hiring range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
