Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 305 bed skilled nursing facility, is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician with starting rate of $17/hr

Job duties include:

  • General building system repairs on heating, plumbing, electrical and air handling systems
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Completing work orders
  • Participates in fire drills
  • Completing medical equipment repairs
  • Assisting with snow removal and maintenance of facility grounds
  • Other duties as required


Day shift position, hours vary (8 AM - 4:30 PM OR 9 AM - 5:30 PM) with a rotating on-call schedule for weekends (On-call every 3rd weekend). High school graduate with BOCES Tech Certificate preferred, two years maintenance work required. Hourly rate is $17/hr plus shift, weekend and on-call differentials.

Full benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, sick and vacation time, 7paid holidays and 401(k). EOE
