Certified Nursing Aide

Job Summary:

At Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our residents. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Elcor, you will play a vital role in delivering direct resident care and promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance of resident's nutritional and personal hygiene needs
• Observe and report significant changes in a resident's condition
• Understand the psychological needs of the resident
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, ensuring compliance with infection control standards
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
• Assist with Nursing and other Staff as needed
• Follow all professional, facility, and legal standards while maintaining resident and facility confidentiality
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
