About the Role
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support a busy team of attorneys by keeping cases organized, clients informed, and legal matters moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Draft family law pleadings, motions, discovery, financial disclosures, and other legal documents.
- Manage case files, court deadlines, calendaring, and scheduling for attorneys and clients.
- Coordinate court appearances, filings, and client communications.
- Prepare and organize discovery, court filings, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional client service by keeping clients informed throughout their matters.
- Assist attorneys with all administrative and litigation support needed to keep cases progressing.
Qualifications
- 2 years of family law paralegal experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures, court filings, and legal document preparation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
