This position offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced attorneys on a wide variety of legal matters rather than being limited to a single area of practice.
Qualifications Required
● Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor's Degree with a Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent formal paralegal education or training.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
● Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
● Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor.
● Ability to follow attorney direction while working independently and exercising sound judgment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer applications.
● A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
Preferred
● Previous experience in a legal office or completion of a paralegal internship.
● Familiarity with estate planning, estate administration, real estate, or business law.
● Experience using legal case management software.
● Notary Public or willingness to become one.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
