Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in EUD or Service Desk support
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) and basic software issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking (TCP/IP), and peripheral equipment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with experience managing support tickets and escalation procedures
- Experience with deploying and supporting hospital technology is highly preferred
- A Certification required
- Medical terminology familiarity and hospital IT support experience
- Experience with printer support and mobile device management
- Additional certifications such as Network or Security
- Military background
- High school diploma required; technical school diploma or some college preferred
- 1 years of experience in medical or healthcare IT support fields
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to offsite locations as needed (position is 100% onsite)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Prior deployment experience with PC and printer setup and support
